Porirua Healthlinks Trust

The Porirua Healthlinks Trust aims to achieve better health and well-being for everyone in Porirua through inter-sectoral action, improved equity and fairness, providing the services sought by the community, better access to services, and better integration of services.

The partners within Porirua Healthlinks are Porirua City Council, Ngati Toa, Pacific Communities, the Ministry of Health, the Porirua Healthy Safer City Trust, the Porirua Community Health Group Forum, and the Porirua Health Partnership.

The Porirua Healthlinks Directory is produced and maintained by Porirua Healthlinks Trust with the assistance of Capital & Coast District Health Board to:

• provide easy access to health information
• provide answers to the many questions we often have about the health services available in the Porirua Basin

• contribute to the improvement of health outcomes through timely accurate and accessible information.
